Audion Design Group ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through our website and our project workspace, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Audion Design Group is an audio, video, and lighting consulting and design business based in Palm Bay, Florida. You can reach us at info@audiondesigngroup.com.
Browsing audiondesigngroup.com does not require an account and we do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies on it.
If you submit the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company, and a description of your project. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to plan your project. It is stored in our internal customer management system.
Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. These are retained for a limited period and are not used to identify visitors.
RIG (Rack Inventory & Gear) is our internal tool for managing client projects. Access is by invitation only.
Sign in with Google. RIG uses Google to verify who you are. When you sign in, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us. We use your email address to decide whether you have been invited and which projects you may access. We use your name and picture only to show who you are inside the workspace. We do not receive your Google password and we do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts, or any other Google data.
Project data. Information entered into a project (equipment lists, site notes, checklists, contacts, and similar) is stored so that we and the people we share the project with can work on it. It is used solely to deliver the consulting and design work you have engaged us for.
Cookies. RIG sets a single session cookie so you stay signed in. It is not used for tracking.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share it only with:
All connections to our website and to RIG are encrypted with HTTPS. Access to RIG is limited to invited accounts, and our systems are kept up to date with current security practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
Contact inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where a project follows, for the life of the client relationship. Project data in RIG is kept for the life of the project and for our records afterward. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may also revoke RIG's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account's third-party connections page. Email info@audiondesigngroup.com for any of these requests.
Our services are for businesses and organizations and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, we will update it here and revise the date at the top of the page.
